QCH, College "Options" Program is seeking a part-time SAT instructor(s) to teach SAT prep classes. SAT classes will be held two days of the week for 2 hours and/or
Saturdays for 3 hours (plus preparation time)
Ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Demonstrate high energy and enjoy working with teenagers
- Strong organization, communication, listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet varying levels/needs
- Communicate learning objectives
- Determine appropriate instructional methods
- Experience in tutoring or teaching high school students
- Plan/schedule lessons
- Provide practice test and review materials
- Maintain attendance records
Instructor should be familiar with New SAT guidelines. Educational Diploma and or certificate of training of test preparation are required.
