About the Job
We are seeking a fulltime candidate with the following qualifications/attributes:
- Proficient with Autocad & Tekla Structures (3D modelling)
- Proficient with interpreting architectural / structural engineering plans
- Good communication skills- must be able to deal with consultants/clients on a daily basis
- Enthusiastic & proactive learner- must be self motivated
- Interest in both the Building & Steel industry
This role will require the candidate to produce steel shop drawings using Autocad. Candidate will be required to have sufficient knowledge of both architectural & strucutral documentation in order to interpret plans.
Experience in the steel detailing industry would be a bonus, however a trainee with limited experience would not be ruled out.
